We develop and customize policies in areas of board governance and human resources. These organizational toolkits support a fair, equitable, and safe workplace and provide the necessary guidance to ensure organizations are living up to obligations associated with labour standards, professional practice, and occupational health and safety standards. The toolkits fall into three categories: human resources; professional practice; and, board policy.
We produce employee and board member handbooks to summarize key information regarding policies and expectations that add value to an organization's onboarding or orientation processes.
We develop and present educational materials on how to work with government, including navigating and building relationships within government organizations, understanding the public policy process, decision-making, and advocacy.
We also produce analytical reports summarizing qualitative and quantitative research.Rates:
We have a standard rate of $75/hour which is a reduction from what we charge our corporate or private sector clients. We also take into consideration an organization in the impact sector organization can reasonably afford to pay and where possible, adjust our rates to match their ability.Non Profit Experience
