We coach neurodivergent youth and adults who live with ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety and co-occurring mental health challenges that impact executive functioning.
Our clients are students in high school through Ph.D and adults who are struggling in their careers, as entrepreneurs or in their everyday lives.
We also facilitate peer-led professional development training for educators and employers on how to foster neuro-inclusive classrooms and workplaces.
We are conducting a year long research project all over Atlantic Canada called the r'ADDvocacy ADHD Road Trip. We will be travelling all over Atlantic Canada making personal connections with employment agencies, entrepreneurship agencies, community groups, indigenous bands, African Nova Scotian communities, remote cities, etc to conduct focus groups and customer discovery for a series of white papers we are writing to apply for funding for a 2-3 year grant to increase accessibility for ADHD assessments, treatment options, therapy, coaching, etc to those who don't currently qualify for our services under existing funding parameters.
We are also fundraising for 4 $500 scholarships and micro grants for neurodivergent youth 18-29 up in October during ADHD Awareness Month and in March during Neurodiversity Celebration week. The goal is to offer these annually.

I am donating $2000 to the cause and we are crowdfunding by inviting local equity/Inclusive businesses to post their logos on my trailer and websites on my Linktr.ee/ADDvocacy site. They will have the ability to vote on the winners from each category. 100% of the money raised will go to neurodivents Atlantic Canadians.
What makes our company unique is that we are 100% neurodivergent owned and operated, meaning we are no strangers to the challenges and paradoxical ADDvantages these diagnoses can have on one's life.
