    Work Description:

I’m Chelsea Arsenault (she/her), a mindful, community-centred leader and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) student focused on mental health, wellness, community support, and program and project delivery. I bring over 15 years of experience in client-facing work, creative strategy, and operations, and I am dedicated to building accessible, trauma-aware, and equity-informed programs that genuinely support people and communities.

As the Founder of Peach & Pine Creative, I support mission-driven organizations, mental health companies, nonprofits, coaches, and psychotherapists with community program support, program delivery, project management, and creative support. My work spans community and wellness programming, performance and mindset coaching, content and podcast production, and community-based mental health and wellness initiatives.

My background includes leading media and marketing efforts in the mindfulness and mental health space, collaborating with global wellness brands, and helping to launch neuroscience-informed coaching programs that centre behaviour change and wellbeing. My counselling psychology training continues to deepen how I lead with depth, integrity, and care.

My work is grounded in lived experience, long-term mindfulness practice, and a commitment to trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, community-based care. Whether I am providing community support, strengthening community programs, facilitating mindset work, or advising on strategy, I aim to help create spaces where people feel seen, respected, and supported in real, practical ways.

If you are building community-focused, mental health, or wellness initiatives and need grounded community program, project, or creative support, I would love to connect.
