I am a self-employed facilitator, design researcher, and service designer. I also occasionally do developmental evaluation and coalition building projects. I work exclusively in the social impact sector with non-profit organizations, social businesses, and government agencies who are navigating complex social challenges such as food insecurity, climate change adaptation, rural economic development, and employment inequity.
All of my work aims to build capacity within the organization for engaging people, understanding problems, and implementing solutions. My strength is facilitating a creative & collaborative process to make public services and community-based programs inclusive, useful, and sustainable with people’s real needs at their heart.
