Salary: $43,000-$48,000 (depending on experience)

Summary of the Position:
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Finance/Payroll Clerk is responsible for supporting accounts payable posting, accounts receivable reporting and payroll processing.
Responsible for monthly allocations of deferred/accrued revenue and reconciling to program contracts. The successful candidate should be familiar with full cycle accounting using Quick Books Online (QBO).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Process posting of all corporate visa credit cards.
Work closely with card holders to ensure all receipts are submitted on a timely basis.
Reconciling credit card statements and accounts on a bi-weekly basis.
Support other functions within the accounts payable process as required.
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare accounts receivable ageing report bi-weekly for review.
Send reminder emails as directed by Senior Accountant.
Payroll
Process biweekly payroll using Deluxe Payweb.
Reconcile monthly group benefit payments.
Post payroll entries to QBO.
Education and Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent.
Three-years experience using Quickbooks online.
Experience using Deluxe Payweb for payroll or similar software
Fluent with Excel, Microsoft Word and general understanding of office administration.
Personable and flexible.
