HR Board Member

Metro Community Housing Association is a dynamic non-profit organization providing community based housing and supports to individuals who have experienced mental health difficulties.  Our services are located throughout Halifax and Dartmouth, and include supported apartments, small options homes, group homes, a Residential Care Facility, a Community Transition House and Complex Care Homes.

We are currently seeking a new Board member with experience in the HR field, willing to share a few hours of time each month.  The volunteer Board of Directors are responsible for overseeing the operations of a professional staff under the guidance of the Executive Director.  Please consider joining with us to support the self-determination, personal growth, and independence of the people we serve.  (We currently hold our meetings virtually.)
