About Nourish
At Nourish Nova Scotia (Nourish) we are on a mission to inspire every child in Nova Scotia to eat, enjoy and value food that fuels healthier people and a healthier environment. We believe our young people are the key to igniting this transformation. By empowering children and youth with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their food and where it comes from, we are developing champions who demand better.
We believe food is a connector. Food gets people talking; it facilitates conversation and acts as the medium by which we strengthen and nurture relationships, society, and the economy. True to our mission, we are passionate about healthy food (and potluck gatherings) and we hope you are too! If our purpose ignites your passion—we invite you to apply.
We are a welcoming and supportive workplace. Applicants from the following groups are encouraged to self-identify when applying for this opportunity: African Nova Scotian, Mi’kmaq or Indigenous, other visible minorities, 2SLGBTQIA+ or person(s) with disabilities.
