Responsibilities
- Building Operations: including tenant relations; building systems; inventory; etc
- Administration: including basic office duties; back up for walk-in clinic admin; etc
- Communications: including website updating, social media; community surveys; etc
- Program Support; including community outreach; social determinants of health advocacy; etc
- All other duties as assigned from time to time
Skills
- Impeccable concern and attention to detail within a busy work environment.
- Superior planning, organizational and time management skills in order to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proficient at problem solving, using excellent judgment; service oriented
- Good listener and follows directions explicitly.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualifications
- Community College or other post-secondary education
- Experience as an Executive Assistant an asset
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools, familiar with website programs such as WordPress.
Details
- 35 hours/week; salary range $41,000 to $45,000
