Being transparent and open about a position’s salary is one of the first steps toward ensuring greater pay equity for all people regardless of identity. We ask that employers include a salary range for the position in their job posting to be approved for the Community Impact Job Board. Once a job is submitted, an IONS team member will have to approve the listing for it to appear on the Community Sector Job Board, this can take up to four business days.
