Navigating the HR Intervals Toolkit with Imagine Canada

Join us virtually on February 24th, 10 AM-11:30 AM

Learning Stream: Sustainable Operations

With the pandemic disrupting the sector’s workplace practices, increasing demand dor services and programs and adding significant stress on teams – accessing Human Resource Management best practices is more crucial than ever for nonprofits. The Community Impact Sector relies on our people to craft and deliver essential, innovative services to help communities thrive. Yet most organizations do not have an HR department or access to the information and resources they need to perform HR functions within their organizations. This is where Imagine Canada’s recently launched HR Intervals Toolkit can support your efforts with a rich collection of educational and practical materials that reflect the sector’s unique and evolving needs.

This 1.5 hour session is a combination of information and content sharing to understand how to navigate and apply the HR Intervals Toolkit, as well as an interactive Q&A session with an HR consultant and representatives from Imagine Canada.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Gain an understanding of the inheritance of legacy content, the rigorous content review process and general analytics and trends around its use.
  • Learn how to navigate the Resource library with offers of suggestions on how to effectively use the toolkit.
  • Next steps and details shared by Imagaine Canada about the evolution of this project.

Who Is this webinar For? This session is designed for anyone that performs HR functions including Executive Directors, HR profressionals, board members, managers, operations personnel, and other staff.
