IONS works in partnership with companies and other industries to be able to offer services to Nova Scotia’s impact organizations at a greatly discounted rate or free of charge. The goal is to assist organizations in managing their day-to-day activities, streamlining their operational processes, and ensuring their staff and volunteers have access to the supports and resources they need to continue making an impact in their communities.
Sector-wide Employee group benefits program
Cost and administrative burdens are key challenges for ensuring sector staff and their families have access to comprehensive health benefits. To help address this gap, IONS is excited to partner with Community Services Trust (CSBT) and NewGround Financial Inc. to offer cost-effective health benefits designed especially for impact organizations.
Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
An affordable employee benefits option for impact organizations to offer their staff access to safe, confidential resources to help manage work and life stressors, as well as their health, mental and emotional well-being.
